Dr. Philip Hodgson
Philip Hodgson has been a UX researcher for over 25 years. He has a PhD in Experimental Psychology. Dr. G. Tendayi Viki
Dr Tendayi Viki holds a PhD in Psychology and an MBA. Tendayi is an expert on bringing lean innovation to large companies. Dr. Anna-Gret Higgins
Anna-Gret holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology and a PhD in Counselling Psychology. She is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Anna-Gret has worked as a psychologist since 1989, first at BT where she helped design network management systems that reduce human error and increase efficiency and then at the Employment Service. In 2003 she joined the Department for Work and Pensions to provide usability support to their e-channel developments. After managing a team of 17 psychologists at the Health and Safety Laboratory, Anna-Gret joined Userfocus to manage the usability testing team. Anna-Gret has logged hundreds of hours in usability tests of public and private sector web sites and specialises in the evaluation of e-commerce sites.
Dr. Ritch Macefield
Ritch has a BA (Hons) in Creative Design, an MSc (Distinction) in IT-Computing, and a PhD in HCI from Loughborough University. He has lectured, at Masters level, across five countries, in Interface Design and Usability Engineering. He has published numerous HCI articles and was on the editorial team for the Encyclopedia of HCI (2007). Ritch has led major UX projects in blue chip multinationals and his international experience spans 19 countries. He presently heads Ax-Stream, one of only 5 approved Axure training partners in the world, where his work encompasses Axure training, advanced Axure prototyping, usability testing early conceptual prototypes, and strategic UX work around integrating UX design into wider development methodologies. Dr. Todd Zazelenchuk
Todd holds a BSc in Geography, a BEd, an MSc in Educational Technology and a PhD in Instructional Design. Charles has been involved in web site analytics since 1995 and has advised companies as diverse as Citibank, Disney, Reiss and the Environment Agency on how to get the best from their analytics tools.
